Standard (2–7 days) — $15 CAD
Express (1–2 days) — $25 CAD
Free standard shipping on orders over $249 CAD
United States
Standard (4–8 days) — $20 CAD
Express (1–4 days) — $30 CAD

International
Standard (6–10 days) — $40 CAD
Express (1–4 days) — $50 CAD

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
During promotional periods or sales events, processing times may take up to 2 additional business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If you do not receive a shipping notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Shipping Carriers
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or Canada Post.
International and express orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx or UPS.
All shipments are insured for the full purchase value.
Important Information
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
Delivery to rural areas may require additional transit time.
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, École de Pensée cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or damage during transit.
We are unable to mark orders as gifts.
Taxes
Canada
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include sales taxes.
Applicable GST, HST or PST will be added at checkout depending on your province.
United States
Orders to the United States are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
This means all duties and import taxes are included at checkout.
International
Orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States are tax-free at checkout.
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If duties or taxes are refused and the order is returned, no refund will be issued.
Tracking
All orders are fully traceable.
Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped.
Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Returns & Exchanges (No refunds)
Regular-priced items in original condition with tags attached may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery and include a valid tracking number.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items
Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
No price adjustments will be made.
All sales are final — no refunds.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any duties or
customs charges.
École de Pensée is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
If approved, your store credit will be issued via email.
Lost or Damaged Packages
École de Pensée is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
Any claims for damage or loss during transit must be made directly with the shipping carrier.
