Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Canada Post and include a tracking. International and express shipments are delivered by DHL, FED-EX or UPS. You will receive a tracking number for your order within 48 hours from the moment it ships. These emails are sent automatically if you do not receive notification please check your spam folder before contacting us. We aim to ship all orders within 72 business hours.

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. Please note that during Sale, dispatch time may take up to 2 days. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. École de Pensée is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies. All orders are insured for the full purchase price and we are unable to mark orders as gifts.

* We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

* Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Tracking your order

All orders are traceable. You will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation notification that is automatically sent to your email when the package has been processed by us. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update.



Pricing & Tax Prices shown on our website are in Canadian Dollars and do not include delivery charges or Provincial or Federal Sales Taxes (applicable to Canadian customers only) which will be added at the check out process. All Canadian customers are subject to applicable taxes (GST, HST, PST) based on your province of residence. Orders placed from outside of Canada are not subject to tax.



All orders to be delivered outside of Canada are tax-free at the time of purchase. International orders may be subject to duty and/or taxes levied by the importing country. By placing an order with École de Pensée, you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges. Should you refuse to pay these charges, your order will be returned to us but you will not be refunded in any circumstances

Returns & Exchanges

Regular priced items in original condition with applicable tags are eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of delivered date. Please send an email to indicating your order number, the item(s) you wish to send back and whether you would like to exchange. Once the returned package is received the appropriate actions will take place depending on your request. All returned items must be unworn, with all tags and in original condition. 

No refunds, all sales are final. We only accept refund for items damaged. Items discounted are also final sale and are not eligible for return. We will not make any price adjustments. We cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging into any other currency.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility including any unnecessary duties or custom fees that may be incurred on a return. We are not responsible for any return items lost in transit.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Lost & Damaged items

École de Pensée shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. We do not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
