Returns & Exchanges
Regular-priced items in original condition with applicable tags are eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase. You must be sent back to us within 14 days of the delivered date. Please send an email to store@ecoledepensee.com indicating your order number, the item(s) you wish to send back and whether you would like to exchange. Once the returned package is received the appropriate actions will take place depending on your request. All returned items must be unworn, with all tags and in original condition.
No refunds, all sales are final. We only accept refunds for items damaged. Items discounted are also final sales and are not eligible for return. We will not make any price adjustments. We cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging into any other currency.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility including any unnecessary duties or customs fees that may be incurred on a return. We are not responsible for any return items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Lost & Damaged items
École de Pensée shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. We do not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
